There is no minimum order value or minimum order quantity in our online store. Wholesale customers/stockists, please note quantity minimum orders apply. These terms and conditions are set out in your wholesale agreement and are separate from this online store Terms and Conditions.
SHIPPING
Louthera Australia is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred. Louthera Australia uses the services of Australia Post for all shipping worldwide. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Louthera Australia. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Louthera Australia reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.
Louthera Australia online store is a retail service for consumers, and reserves the right to refuse any orders that it reasonably believes are for the purposes of resale.
PAYMENT
All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipping. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Louthera Australia may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.
